AI is already deciding who gets hired, diagnosed, approved, flagged, or denied — often without the person affected ever knowing an algorithm was involved. OFER AI exists to put real scrutiny back into that process: bringing together the people building AI, the people deploying it, and the people living with its decisions, so good judgment travels faster than harm. We're independent of any platform, government, or institution, because the people asking the hard questions shouldn't be the same people selling the answers.

Forums
Forums are open, discussion-oriented sessions that encourage broad participation across roles and experience levels, fostering cross‑pollination.
